KMD was selected as the winner of an International Design Competition for their design of the new Cinepolis Headquarters, the sixth largest Multiplex chain in the world and the leading theatre operator in Mexico. The new headquarter is a 75,000 SF low rise building articulated in a campus-like setting around a central tower. The building is designed to be LEED Gold Equivalent including a green roof, natural lighting throughout and natural ventilation, respecting the lush environment in which it is set.
