In this three story project the reception area was strategically placed in the middle floor to channel all incoming and outgoing information. The stairwell takes great importance because it unites all three floors; KMD also used visual communication in the elevators vestibule through plasma screens. The floors are marble, in common areas and the rest is carpet, the use of indirect lighting was key to unify light and avoid shadows. Neutral tones were used in the furniture and paintings, the carpet has several geometric accents which accentuate the corridors.
