BeWell Behavioral Health Campus

STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA, USA  Under construction, BeWell will be a new state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Campus for San Joaquin County that provides a diversity of services for behavioral and mental health and substance use treatment. When completed, Phase 1 of the campus will include 200,000 SF of facilities, including Community and Outpatient Services buildings, an Urgent Care Services building, and two Residential Treatment Program buildings totaling 132 beds and 241 treatment slots. The campus will also include public health staff and an urgent care clinic, creating an integrated whole health model that seamlessly combines behavioral health and primary care services to better serve both patients on campus and the community at large.

When fully completed, the campus will feature:

  • Community and Outpatient Services (76,000 SF)

  • Urgent Care Services (35,250 SF, 42 beds)

  • Residential Treatment Programs (132 beds across two buildings)

  • Supportive Transitional Housing (252 beds, 150,360 SF)
