MARTINEZ, CA, KMD completed Bridging Documents and Criteria Design for a new three-story, 40,000 SF County Office Building, Parking and Public Plaza to augment the new County Administration Building also designed by KMD. KMD will provide consulting services during subsequent phases to the Architect of Record to ensure design intent.
