MORELIA, MEXICO KMD was selected as the winner of an International Design Competition for our design of the new Cinépolis Headquarters, the sixth largest Multiplex chain in the world and the leading theater operator in Mexico. The new headquarters is a 75,000 SF low rise building articulated in a campus-like setting around a central tower. The building is designed to be LEED Gold Equivalent and features a green roof, natural lighting throughout and natural ventilation while respecting the lush natural environment.
