WARREN, MICHIGAN, USA This $391 million design and renovation of GM's historic Eero Saarinen designed 680-acre Technical Center campus consolidated over 8,000 employees from 14 office locations. This location is the nerve center for GM's worldwide car engineering operations and included employee amenities such as retail outlets, cafes, a dining center and a conference center. With all of these spaces, KMD generated a modern workplace design that fostered creativity, innovation and collaboration.
